Gatherings set the rhythm of Ascendance. The members’ space gives it permanence — everywhere, all the time. From the Plateau Mont-Royal to Casablanca, from Brussels to Dakar, the circle is never more than a message away.

Young talent just starting out — founders, young doctors, emerging artists, researchers, athletes in pro transition, young executives — racialized or from modest backgrounds. Follow-up with no time limit to accelerate the trajectory until they enter the circle.
