Your application — reviewed behind closed doors,
no automation.
The circle reviews every application collectively. Two ways in: by nomination from a current member, or by direct application. The path is the same once a file is shortlisted: meetings, a trial event, final decision.

From application to admission.
You submit your application.
Use the form below: identity, background, LinkedIn, a personal statement (700 words), optional résumé. No fees, no obligation.
A member nominates you.
A current member of the circle introduces you directly to the founders. You enter the process without going through the form.
Review behind closed doors.
The founding circle studies your application collectively. No extended committee, no jury, no algorithm.
Meeting(s) with several members.
If your application is shortlisted, you meet several members in one-on-one conversations. No formal interview — just conversations.
An invitation to an event.
A private dinner, a cocktail gathering, or a virtual circle. You observe the dynamic, the circle observes yours. Mutual.
Final decision by the circle.
The founding circle decides collectively, behind closed doors. The decision is final.
You join the circle.
Welcome to the founding cohort. Access to the members’ space, to the programming, and a mutual commitment on both axes of the network — between members and toward the next generation.
Toward the Next Generation or Emergence.
If the achievement criterion isn’t fully met — often a matter of timing, not of potential — the circle may suggest a redirection toward the University Next Generation or Professional Emergence program. You stay connected, and admission remains possible later on.
Three tracks, three processes, three sets of fields. First select your type of application below — the form adapts automatically. Every application is reviewed by the founding circle behind closed doors, with no commitment on timing.
Your application will never be shared with third parties.
Only the fields marked as required are mandatory. Everything else is optional and can be completed during an interview.
